Relyonix follows a transparent and secure payout system designed to ensure trust and fairness for every vendor on our platform.
💰 Commission Structure
- Relyonix charges a 10% commission per sale (you can adjust this in your dashboard).
- The commission is automatically deducted before payout.
🪙 Payout Method
- All vendor payouts are processed securely via PayPal.
- Vendors must ensure their PayPal account details are correctly added in the Vendor Dashboard → Payment Settings section.
- Payouts are made only to verified PayPal accounts.
⏳ Withdrawal Timeline
- Vendors can request withdrawals 7 days after order delivery confirmation to ensure buyer satisfaction and manage refund timelines.
- Once approved, funds are released directly to the vendor’s PayPal account.
⚙️ Transaction Fees
- PayPal’s transaction fees (if any) are automatically deducted from the payout amount.
- The net amount after fees and commission will reflect in your Vendor Dashboard.
🔁 Refunds & Adjustments
- If a refund is processed for an order, the corresponding commission will be reversed automatically.
- Relyonix reserves the right to hold or adjust payments in cases of dispute, fraud, or policy violation.
📊 Payment Transparency
- All sales, commissions, and payouts are clearly displayed under
Vendor Dashboard → Payments → Payout History.
