This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between Relyonix (“Platform”) and the registered vendor (“Seller”).
By creating a vendor account, you agree to the following:
🟩 Definitions
“Vendor” refers to any seller listing products on the Relyonix Marketplace.
“Platform” refers to Relyonix Marketplace managed by Relyonix Digital.
🟩 Commission & Payouts
Relyonix will deduct a platform commission from each sale as specified in your dashboard.
Payouts are processed after order delivery confirmation and subject to refund windows.
🟩 Intellectual Property
Vendors retain ownership of their brand and content but grant Relyonix permission to display, market, and promote their listings.
🟩 Liability & Indemnity
Vendors are fully responsible for their product quality, legality, and fulfillment.
Relyonix is not liable for damages arising from vendor operations.
🟩 Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 7 days’ written notice.
Relyonix reserves the right to suspend accounts for violation of terms or poor performance.
🟩 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
