🛍️ For Customers

1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add the products you love to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
You can complete your order using any of the available payment methods — it’s fast, safe, and secure.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and secure online payment gateways depending on your region.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can also log in to your Relyonix account → Orders to check real-time updates.

4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Return or exchange options depend on the product type and the vendor’s policy.
Please review the product description or vendor policy before purchase for detailed return terms.

6. How do I contact customer support?

Our support hours are Monday – Sunday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST.


🛒 For Vendors (Sellers)

1. How can I sell on Relyonix?

You can start selling by visiting our Sell on Relyonix page and creating your vendor account.
Once approved, you can add products, set prices, and manage your store from the Vendor Dashboard.

2. Is there any fee to join as a vendor?

Creating a vendor account is free. Relyonix only charges a small commission on each sale.
You’ll see all details during your onboarding process.

3. How do I list my products?

After logging into your vendor dashboard, go to Products → Add New, fill in the required details (title, description, price, images), and publish your listing.

4. When and how will I get paid?

Payments are processed securely and transferred to your registered bank account based on our payout schedule (usually every 7–10 business days after order completion).

5. Can I edit or delete my product listings later?

Yes, you have full control over your listings. You can update stock, prices, or remove products anytime through your vendor dashboard.

6. What if I need help setting up my store?

You can check our Vendor Guide for step-by-step instructions, or contact Vendor Support for personalized help.

7. What are Relyonix’s vendor policies?

Our policies are designed to protect both vendors and customers.
Please read the Vendor Agreement and Vendor Policy before publishing your first product.

Relyonix started as a creative bookstore but now welcomes sellers of related creative, mindful, and educational products that align with our brand values.
